Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo says he will not be disturbed by the absence of some players for pre-season programme.
The duo of Ryan Bertrand and Daniel Sturridge have been listed in GB squad for the Olympics and Juan Mata who won the UEFA EURO 2012 with Spain is down with fatigue will be out of the tour.
RDM said: 'Daniel and Ryan have been called up and it's a great opportunity for the players to be involved in the British team.
'As a manager you would like to have them with you for pre-season but it's the Olympic Games and the players would like to be involved
'It's an opportunity that players don't want to lose out on. It's not ideal but I think there will be many clubs in the same situation as us.
'Mata's case is a bit different as he was in the European Championship as well. It depends on when they go out or if they go to the end and how his situation is both physically and mentally. There is always this dilemma with the national teams. We will have to work around it.
'Pre-season is very important for the players. It's a bit disrupted with the European Championships and players going to the Olympics, so we are looking at the end of July, beginning of August to have the whole squad together, but I will work in pre-season on what we want to do in the next season.'
