All documentation regarding the loan deal for the SSC Napoli player has been handed in to Lega Serie A, with Inter having an option to make the deal permanent.
The player has a signed a four-year deal.
Last season, he lifted the Coppa Italia with Napoli. He has 44 caps and one goal for the Uruguay national team.
