Ajax boss Frank de Boer believes Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini and Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho have the same mentality.
He said: 'Mancini at City is like Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid. They normally buy mature, ready-made players who already have the experience.'
