The Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund have drawn in Group D along side nine-time winners Real Madrid, English Premier League titleholders Manchester City and Dutch giants Ajax.
Klopp said: 'Exciting is the only way to describe this group. It gives you goosebumps. Of course Real Madrid and Manchester City have a lot more money to play with than we go, but that won't affect us. We don't feel like we have to compete with them in terms of who's prettier, who's bigger and who's more expensive. We're just going to make sure we're the most unpleasant opponents possible. This group is simply a fantastic story.'
