Juventus legend Rino Ferrario dies at 85


Juventus Football Club is today mourning the loss of former defender Rino Ferrario who died at the age of 85.
 
Ferrario joined Juventus from Lucchese in 1950. He quickly established himself as a tough, uncompromising opponent, aided by his imposing physique.
 
He lifted the club’s tenth Scudetto in 1952 before leaving playing for Inter and Triestina.
 
Ferrario returned to Turin in 1957, winning the title the following season before celebrating Coppa Italia success in 1959.
