John Mikel Obi: I'm sorry about the mistake

Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel has apologised for the error that resulted in Juventus's equaliser in their UEFA Champions League Group E opener at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night. The game ended 2-2.
　
The Nigerian midfielder said: 'If I want to make up an excuse, I can. But, for me, I gave the ball away. I put my hands up, we move on. I'm sorry about the mistake, but there are no excuses.'
