Benitez: Europa League is not important

Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez says he is no disturbed by the ouster of his side from the Champions League and not keen on winning the Europa League.

The Blues thrashed FC Nordsjaelland 6-1 on Wednesday but finished third in Group E.

The Spaniard said: 'The Europa League is not important if you don't win, but if you are in the semi-finals or the final, you want to win.

'It's an important competition and we want to go as far as we can.

'The reason I'm using different players is because I want to use my squad. If you use all your players, you can keep your level until the end of the season.'
