The midfielder dismissed the insinuation that the Portuguese coach has not been fair to players in the youth academy.
He said: 'If you get an opportunity it's because you deserve it. He is a fair coach (Mourinho) and has given a lot of people an opportunity, but this is Real Madrid and you can only give the players a chance who are ready. In the end, it's for their own good. You can't put in youth players just for the sake of it.
'He gets his players to fight to the death for him, which is down to his honest approach. He wants you to be at your best all year round.
'Everyone speaks about the best team in history, but it was another team that won the league by nine points.
'I wouldn't play for Barça for all the gold in the world.'
