Chelsea close-in on Victor Moses

Wigan forward Victor Moses is likely to join Chelsea before the start of the season.
　
Report says Wigan chairman Dave Whelan met Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay on Tuesday in a bid to agree a deal for the 21-year-old.
　
It is understood the Blues have been told to match Wigan's £8.5m valuation for Moses or forget the deal.
　
Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo is believed to be interested in the Nigerian star, who scored six Premier League goals last season.
